How is Zapplan different to sending invites using my existing calendar?

Zapplan events can be sent to anyone with a phone number. Friends who do not have the app installed can receive events by text message with a link to our web-app where they can view details and RSVP. They can even add the event directly to their calendar from our web-app.

Zapplan offers a range of planning options to suit your event:

Invite
For when you want to know who can make it to your event. If you meet regularly, you can quickly duplicate existing events or even create repeating events.
Broadcast
For when you have limited spaces and wish to gauge interest before finalising this event. This is ideal for organising sport clubs or if you have spare tickets to an event.
Poll
For when you want to check the availability of your guests before finalising this event. This is great for finding the time or date that suits everyone to get the best turnout for your event.
